Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive mobile automation test scripts using industry-leading tools such as Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
• Perform thorough functional, regression, and system testing on various mobile platforms (Android, iOS) to ensure high-quality application performance.
• Proactively identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain and enhance existing test cases, automation frameworks, and test data to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-release support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application testing and automation.
• Proficiency in developing automation scripts using Appium for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java, essential for building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks.
• Solid experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in testing them is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
