Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver insights that drive business performance.
• Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform complex SQL queries, data modeling, and analysis to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Monitor BI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and integrity across all BI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on BI tools and reports, fostering data literacy within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2 to 8 years of proven professional experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-centric role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Extensive experience with ETL processes and tools for data integration and transformation.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major Business Intelligence tool, such as Tableau, Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense), or Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
