We have multiple openings for both technical and functional consultants in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and Azure Integration, as well as an intern position for a Marketing Executive. Candidates with a strong background in Microsoft ecosystem, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit are encouraged to apply for these impactful roles based in Noida (hybrid/on-site) and remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE platforms.
• Perform technical configurations, customizations, and integrations using Azure services and related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Support end-users with technical queries, troubleshooting, and training on new functionalities.
• For functional roles: Configure modules like Supply Chain Management and Finance within Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• For Azure Integration roles: Architect and implement seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using Azure Integration Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CE, specifically in technical development, customization, or integration.
• Proven expertise with Azure cloud services, particularly for integration scenarios.
• Strong understanding of ERP and CRM principles and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Power Platform components is a significant advantage for this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant role.
