MERN Stack Developer

WebiWork Technologies PVT LTD is actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our innovative development team in Indore. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the complete MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Craft responsive, intuitive, and engaging front-end user interfaces with React, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices.
• Develop, implement, and integrate robust RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient querying.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality and enhance user capabilities.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization on existing applications to ensure stability and scalability.
• Actively collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, impactful software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or a similar full-stack role.
• Exceptional proficiency in core JavaScript, along with extensive hands-on experience in React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and consuming REST API, along with strong command of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, or experience with Next.js and TypeScript will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
