Key Responsibilities

• Execute design and development tasks related to Casting and Sheet Metal components, utilizing advanced CAD software such as Creo and UGNX.
• Participate in virtual manufacturing processes, including simulations and analyses, to optimize product design and production efficiency.
• Design and develop intricate Tooling and Fixtures essential for various manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and adherence to industry standards.
• Analyze engineering problems and propose effective technical solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all design activities, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical design and engineering departments.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven professional experience of 2 to 7 years in mechanical design, tooling, or virtual manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Creo and UGNX, is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Casting and Sheet Metal design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Tooling and Fixture Design for diverse industrial applications.
• Familiarity with virtual manufacturing concepts and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
