As our Marathi Podcast Media Producer, you will be the driving force behind Maativerse's Marathi podcast series. You will be instrumental in every stage of production, from initial concept to final publication. This demanding yet rewarding role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and meticulous execution to bring authentic stories of farmers, founders, experts, and policymakers to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and ideation for Marathi podcasts, identifying compelling topics and sourcing relevant guests including farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth recording experience.
• Oversee audio capture, ensuring high-quality sound and engaging interview dynamics during shoots.
• Collaborate closely with audio editors, providing clear direction and feedback to maintain narrative flow and technical excellence.
• Handle post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of edited episodes ready for distribution.
• Manage the publishing schedule and distribution channels, ensuring podcasts reach the widest possible audience.
• Monitor podcast performance and audience engagement, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, keeping projects on track and within established timelines.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency and strong command over the Marathi language, both spoken and written, is absolutely essential.
• Proven experience in podcast production, media production, or a similar content creation role.
• A genuine obsession with impactful storytelling and a passion for rural narratives and agricultural themes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
