Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
• Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts, ensuring optimal stock control and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and overall operational best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams within your specific operational area, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Drive process optimization initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate procurement activities for technical stores and manage vendor relationships for critical supplies.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of manufacturing goals, aligning with company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry, with specific expertise in production, maintenance, inventory management, or technical stores.
• Demonstrated understanding of food safety compliance, quality assurance protocols, and operational excellence principles.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with process optimization techniques and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment and adapt to evolving operational needs.
