Manager - DevOps Engineering

As a key member of our team, the Manager – DevOps Engineering will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing robust cloud solutions. You will be instrumental in evolving our infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all platforms. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a commitment to fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform and Bicep for automated provisioning and configuration.
• Drive cloud migration strategies and execute automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps across all engineering projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps methodologies into the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps for pipeline management.
• Proficient in containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong command over Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Bicep.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing complex CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud migrations, automation frameworks, and platform engineering concepts.
• Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Alibaba Cloud DevOps Engineer, or OpenShift Administrator Certification.
