Lead Technical Architect

Prodapt is seeking a highly experienced and visionary ServiceNow Lead Technical Architect to spearhead IT Operations transformation for our esteemed enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Define and execute comprehensive integration strategies for critical IT monitoring and observability platforms, including Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Azure Monitor, ensuring seamless data flow and operational visibility.
• Establish and enforce robust CMDB governance frameworks, driving data accuracy, health, and integrity to support reliable service management and operational decisions.
• Provide expert technical leadership, conducting design reviews, mentoring junior architects and engineers, and facilitating high-impact stakeholder workshops to align technical vision with business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of proactive IT operations methodologies by leveraging anomaly detection, predictive insights, and automated remediation capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance ServiceNow architectural designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings and client solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) environments.
• At least 6 years of hands-on, in-depth experience specifically with ServiceNow ITOM/TSOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Proven track record of 3+ years in a dedicated architecture role, designing and leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation programs.
• Exceptional proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including deep expertise in Glide API and JavaScript scripting for customization and integration.
• Demonstrated ability to architect resilient, intelligent IT Operations solutions that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
• Preferred certifications include CIS-ITOM (Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Operations Management), CTA (Certified Technical Architect), or ITIL Foundation/Intermediate.
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly advantageous, reflecting an understanding of cloud-native architectures and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, essential for a successful ServiceNow Lead Technical Architect.
