Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial transactions, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments in adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and analyze various financial reports, statements, and summaries using advanced spreadsheet functions and financial software.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial records are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with US staffing teams to manage billing, payroll, and commission calculations specific to the US market.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports efficiently.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proven experience or strong understanding of the US Staffing Industry's financial operations is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite applications for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work the specified shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.
