Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level production support for enterprise-scale Java and Spring Boot applications, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as New Relic and Splunk for proactive identification, diagnosis, and resolution of performance bottlenecks and system anomalies.
• Implement and maintain robust Microservices architectures, understanding their intricacies in a production environment and ensuring their stability.
• Apply Generative AI tools and techniques for enhanced production support activities, including automated log summarization, intelligent incident triage, and efficient root cause analysis (RCA) drafting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive runbooks, knowledge bases, and communication templates, leveraging AI to improve clarity and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify recurring issues, contribute to long-term solutions, and participate in post-incident reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security protocols and data governance policies in all production support activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Java Production Support roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Java (any version) and extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Proven track record of supporting and troubleshooting Microservices-based applications effectively.
• Proficiency with observability platforms like New Relic and Splunk for system monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrable experience with Generative AI tools and concepts, specifically applied to production support tasks such as log processing, incident management, and documentation.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React is a strong plus, aiding in full-stack understanding for comprehensive support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
