As a key member of our engineering team, the Java Microservices Developer will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying mission-critical microservices. You will work on complex systems, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle while ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications and services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Lead and contribute to the technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry-recognized software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality and consistency.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and optimize application performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying continuous improvement to our development practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-12 years of hands-on experience in application development with a strong focus on Java 7/8 and its functional aspects.
• Profound expertise in the Spring Framework, including Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Integration.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work mode from our Pune or Hyderabad locations.
