Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern frameworks and architectural patterns, particularly in Java and Microservices environments.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
• Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces using technologies like React, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
• Build and optimize MERN stack applications, integrating AI/ML capabilities to enhance functionality and deliver intelligent solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automation test scripts using Selenium and other tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Lead architectural design and strategy, guiding development teams in implementing best practices and scalable system designs.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience ranging from 2 to 10+ years in software development, quality assurance, or architectural roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Microservices architecture, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and Python.
• Demonstrable expertise in test automation using Selenium, coupled with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and a preference for immediate joiners is highly valued.
