Java Fullstack Developer

Value Tech is actively seeking a highly experienced and passionate Java Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in New York. We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying robust enterprise-level applications. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical vision and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define specifications, architecture, and new features.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs (RESTful, SOAP) ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technology roadmap for future product development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience as a Java Fullstack Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Java and strong expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring ecosystem components.
• Extensive experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL), ORM frameworks, and strong SQL query writing skills.
• Demonstrable experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of working effectively in an Agile development environment.
