As a Java Lead Developer, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and implementation of critical Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle development of complex enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Architect and implement highly scalable and resilient microservices, ensuring optimal performance and system stability.
• Drive system design discussions, contribute to architectural patterns, and make key technical decisions.
• Develop and optimize multithreading solutions for high-throughput and low-latency processing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of talented Java developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security standards throughout the development process.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to design and deploy cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of production systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Java development, with a significant focus on lead roles.
• Deep expertise in building applications with Spring Boot and designing Microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization in Java.
• Proven track record in system design, including experience with various architectural patterns and principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and experience deploying applications within a cloud environment.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, message queues, and caching mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
