Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java code for various enterprise applications and modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with senior developers, team leads, and project managers to understand project requirements, contribute to solution design, and implement features.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed modules, features, and processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Proactively learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and development techniques under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the Java programming language and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with database concepts and experience with SQL queries.
• Understanding of version control systems, with practical experience using Git.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong analytical mindset.
• Must be an immediate joiner and willing to work full-time from our office location in Pune.
