Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Lead the development efforts for various modules, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and stability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and maintainability of applications throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8.1 to 12 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proven expertise in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Strong background in designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs and developing robust web services.
• Proficiency in ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and JPA.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Proficient with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Desirable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
