As a senior member of our engineering team, the Java Backend Developer will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance backend services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement agentic systems, incorporating AI and machine learning models for autonomous decision-making and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring high availability, security, and responsiveness.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and stability, addressing complex technical challenges.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and standards.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks to enhance system capabilities and development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Java.
• Mandatory experience with Spring Boot framework for building microservices.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing agentic systems, AI-driven automation, or intelligent agents.
• Strong command of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Extensive experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
