Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable backend applications using Core Java and the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Architect and build robust Microservices and RESTful APIs to support various enterprise functionalities and integrations.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous systems leveraging messaging platforms like Kafka to ensure seamless data flow and system responsiveness.
• Develop and manage database interactions with both SQL (Oracle DB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) solutions, optimizing for performance and data integrity.
• Contribute to Business Process Management (BPM) development, focusing on workflow orchestration and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and high availability of backend solutions within cloud-native infrastructures.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch support, following Agile methodologies.
• Utilize Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control, continuous integration, and automated deployments, ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Core Java application development, encompassing object-oriented design, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• 5+ years of proven experience developing enterprise applications using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) development, including workflow orchestration and process automation.
• Solid experience (3+ years) building event-driven and asynchronous systems with Kafka and other Pub/Sub platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically Oracle DB and MongoDB, with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs for complex enterprise solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and implementing secure, scalable backend solutions.
• Strong command of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities within a cross-functional team setting.
