As a Java Backend Developer at Intellicus, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend services that power our enterprise solutions. You will be based in our vibrant offices in Indore or Noida, working alongside a team of dedicated engineers to deliver cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance, and scalable backend applications using Java technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conceptual design to deployment and post-launch support.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack and practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, including multithreading, data structures, and algorithms.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Proven experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot for building microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
