Java Backend Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Implement and manage API services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability for various business applications.
• Utilize messaging platforms like Kafka for building event-driven architectures and ensuring efficient data flow.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience of 2 to 7 years as a Java Backend Developer, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Solid proficiency in Core Java programming and extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and NoSQL databases is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
