Key Responsibilities

• Strategically source and identify highly qualified IT candidates using a diverse range of channels, including leading job portals, professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Meticulously screen resumes and conduct comprehensive initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical competencies, experience levels, and cultural fit.
• Develop a deep understanding of complex technical job requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and effectively match candidates to open positions.
• Efficiently coordinate and manage the entire interview scheduling process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust, active pipeline of qualified IT professionals, anticipating future hiring needs and market trends.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned IT roles, from initial candidate engagement and sourcing to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with candidates throughout the entire hiring process, providing timely feedback and support.
• Champion an outstanding and positive candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and engagement from the first point of contact through to their potential employment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously optimize our hiring strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, demonstrating success in placing technical professionals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
• A strong, foundational understanding of core IT technologies, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript), frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and general software development lifecycles to effectively screen technical profiles.
• Proven experience in effective sourcing methodologies, advanced resume screening techniques, and skillful interview coordination for a variety of IT roles.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven recruitment environment, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), various job boards, and professional networking platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions concurrently.
