Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process for domestic clients, from requirement gathering to offer management.
• Strategically source candidates through various platforms, including leading job portals like Naukri.com, Monster, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
• Conduct thorough resume screening and initial candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, coordinate interview schedules, and gather timely feedback.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future IT recruitment needs.
• Skillfully handle salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
• Stay continuously updated with the latest IT hiring trends, technologies, and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 7 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the domestic Indian market.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with various Software Development technologies and domains, including React, Angular, Java, Python, SAP, PHP, Cloud computing, DevOps, Data Science, and Cybersecurity roles.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively sourcing and engaging candidates from diverse channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
