As an IT Recruiter at Catalyst IT, you will leverage your expertise in IT recruitment to source and engage with exceptional candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring journey. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle IT recruitment processes, from understanding job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct in-depth screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage candidate pipelines effectively, providing regular updates to hiring managers and ensuring timely communication with applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of our talent acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably within an IT services or product company.
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced search methodologies.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (e.g., Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality talent.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
