Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-lifecycle recruitment for US-based Engineering and Information Technology roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Source, identify, and attract high-caliber candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and Artech's internal database.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for diverse client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the US Engineering and IT sectors.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements, organizational needs, and recruitment priorities.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure up-to-date candidate records and reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in US technical recruitment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months to 5 years of proven experience in US Engineering and IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various online platforms.
• Strong understanding of the US IT and Engineering job market and common technologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
