As an IT Professional at Kforce, you will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications and systems using industry best practices.
• For Scrum Master roles, facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on Agile principles.
• For Salesforce Developer and OmniStudio Developer roles, customize and configure Salesforce platform solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• For QA Tester roles, design and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure the quality and performance of software products.
• For Architect roles, provide technical leadership, define system architecture, and guide development teams in complex solution design.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to stay at the forefront of the IT industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven professional experience ranging from 2 to 8+ years, depending on the specific role (e.g., 2-6 years for Developers, 8+ years for Architects/Scrum Masters).
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in relevant technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, OmniStudio, or QA automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with code versioning tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
