Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to complex Salesforce implementations, including customization, configuration, and development using Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust API and integration solutions, specifically with customer APIs, REST APIs, and SAP BTP for seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
• Drive end-to-end data migration strategies and execution, ensuring data integrity and successful transitions for critical business applications.
• Manage IT projects, overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction in an Agile environment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive QA and testing strategies for enterprise applications, ensuring high quality and reliability of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, provide architectural guidance, and implement scalable and secure IT solutions.
• Engage in enterprise transformation initiatives, contributing expertise in CRM/CIS systems and other critical business platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on, relevant IT professional experience, with specific roles requiring 5+ or 8+ years as detailed below.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio / OmniScript, and Data Cloud.
• Strong background in API development, integration patterns, and working with REST APIs, particularly in customer-facing contexts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for integration and development tasks is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Migration projects, including strategy, execution, and validation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, QA processes, and comprehensive testing strategies for enterprise-level applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
