IT & Network Administrator - Executive

Kimirica, a leading D2C brand in Bath & Body and Fragrance, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled IT & Network Administrator - Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore. This on-site role is crucial for maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing essential IT support across the organization. As an IT & Network Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our network systems, providing technical assistance to users, and safeguarding our digital assets, contributing directly to Kimirica's continued growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and Wi-Fi systems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security, implementing necessary protocols and updates.
• Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations to protect critical information.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support services.
• Assist in the implementation and support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and security practices.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and various operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to effectively assist and educate users on IT best practices.
• Knowledge of IT best practices and cybersecurity principles.
