IT & Network Administrator - Executive

Kimirica, a leading D2C brand in the Bath & Body and Fragrance sector, is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated IT & Network Administrator - Executive to join our growing team in Indore. This on-site role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of our internal IT infrastructure and ensuring robust network performance. As an IT & Network Administrator - Executive at Kimirica, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our IT systems and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.
• Ensure the security and integrity of network data, systems, and access control, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux), applications, and other IT tools.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and platforms.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize uptime and efficiency.
• Participate in IT asset management, procurement, and inventory control.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and network diagrams to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and system continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-4 years) as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux operating systems, including server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
• Experience with database management basics and SQL queries.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
