Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis across various asset classes, with a particular focus on equity markets to identify key investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive equity research reports, insightful executive summaries, and compelling presentations tailored for our diverse international clients.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives, including identifying potential clients, nurturing new business leads, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Interact effectively with global clients, understand their specific research needs, and deliver tailored, insightful solutions.
• Monitor global market trends, industry-specific developments, and significant corporate actions to ensure our research and advisory services remain timely and relevant.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and leadership to refine research methodologies and enhance our service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in advanced financial modeling techniques, complex valuation methodologies, and the ability to author high-quality equity research reports.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are paramount for client interaction and documentation.
• A strong, foundational understanding of corporate finance principles, accounting standards, and in-depth financial statement analysis is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for intricate data manipulation and financial analysis, alongside MS PowerPoint and Word for professional presentations.
• Candidates holding or actively pursuing CA / CFA qualifications (including those at CA Inter or CFA Level II) are strongly preferred.
• Must be currently based in Pune or be fully willing and able to relocate immediately to our on-site office.
• An immediate joiner is required, indicating a readiness to integrate quickly and contribute from day one.
