Ignition Developer

Hawk-Node is actively seeking an experienced and certified Ignition Developer to join our team for an urgent client engagement in Bangalore. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with extensive experience in the Ignition Platform to contribute to critical industrial automation projects. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join immediately, ideally within 10 days, to hit the ground running on challenging and impactful projects.

As an Ignition Developer, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end implementation of advanced industrial control systems, leveraging your expertise in SCADA, HMI, MES, and industrial system integration. Your role will involve developing robust scripting and reporting solutions, ensuring seamless operation and effective data visualization for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end project implementations using the Ignition Platform.
• Design, develop, and deploy SCADA, HMI, and MES solutions for industrial clients.
• Implement advanced scripting for data acquisition, process control, and automation tasks.
• Develop comprehensive reporting functionalities to provide actionable insights from industrial data.
• Perform industrial system integration, ensuring seamless communication between various hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Ignition systems and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing clear communication and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an Ignition Developer or in a similar industrial automation role.
• Mandatory Ignition Certification (Core or Gold).
• Proven experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Strong expertise in the Ignition Platform, demonstrated through successful project implementations.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SCADA, HMI, scripting, reporting, and industrial system integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills to manage interactions effectively.
• Ability to join immediately or within 10 days.
