HVAC Project Engineer

Growelsoftech is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Jr. Engineer to join our dynamic team in Alandi, Pune. As a pivotal member of our projects department, the Project Jr. Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of various engineering projects, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer interactions, meticulously coordinating to obtain essential design and engineering approvals, ensuring all project specifications are met.
• Facilitate robust cross-functional collaboration, liaising with various departments including design, manufacturing, and installation & commissioning teams to drive efficient project execution.
• Implement stringent tracking mechanisms for project schedules, critical milestones, key deliverables, and inter-dependencies to maintain projects on track and within agreed timelines.
• Actively track project costs and provide comprehensive support for budget control activities, aiming for financial efficiency and transparency.
• Orchestrate and synchronize activities across multiple project phases, including initial proposal development, precise purchase orders, manufacturing processes, and final installation & commissioning.
• Cultivate and maintain clear, consistent communication channels with both external customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), diligently track action points, and establish systematic project record-keeping procedures to ensure full accountability and historical reference.
• Contribute significantly to the preparation of project reports, develop compelling presentations for stakeholders, and manage all necessary project documentation with precision.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality management procedures and associated documentation requirements, upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.

Requirements

• A strong academic background with a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related and relevant engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in roles such as project coordination, project engineering, or managing complex manufacturing projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to draft professional emails and reports effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project management tools, including specific experience with MS Project, alongside a solid working knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
• Proven capability to effectively coordinate with external customers and manage intricate stakeholder relationships to foster positive project outcomes.
