As the Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Oversee and develop the recruitment and talent acquisition function, ensuring effective strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure strict adherence to all statutory and labor law compliance requirements.
• Drive employee relations initiatives, handling grievances, and fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Implement and manage performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and professional development plans.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes that align with organizational goals and best practices.
• Provide strong team leadership, mentoring and developing HR team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Champion employee engagement programs and initiatives designed to boost morale, improve retention, and cultivate a positive company culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in core HR operations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
• At least 1 year of proven experience specifically in an HR Managerial role, with a track record of leadership.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, Indian labor laws, and HR best practices, especially within KPO/BPO environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and processes that support business objectives.
• Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
