As the Hub Incharge, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our Saharsa hub, playing a direct role in our mission to deliver superior customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end hub operations, ensuring seamless execution of all daily activities, including inbound, outbound, and delivery processes.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and retention efforts for riders and other hub personnel, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
• Actively manage and monitor rider productivity, attendance, and performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and adherence to operational standards.
• Regularly monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA), delivery metrics, Return to Origin (RTO) rates, and other key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct daily performance tracking and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any operational deviations or issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes to maintain consistency and quality across operations.
• Proactively identify and address local market challenges, developing robust strategies to build and scale manpower capacity as business requirements evolve.
• Optimize logistics flows and resource allocation to improve overall delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Proven prior experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Last-Mile Operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of operational intricacies.
• Exceptional skills in manpower handling and team management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams.
• Demonstrated capability to source, onboard, and manage a minimum of 30 manpower/riders effectively to support business requirements.
• Strong understanding of comprehensive Hub Operations, including delivery processes, RTO management, productivity metrics, and SLA adherence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
• A proactive mindset and readiness to take complete ownership of end-to-end hub operations with minimal supervision.
• Preference will be given to local candidates residing in Saharsa or nearby regions.
• Possession of relevant local market knowledge is highly advantageous for understanding regional dynamics and optimizing operations.
