As an HR Talent Acquisition Executive at Parag Milk Foods, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment efforts, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and strategically source, engage, and onboard high-calibre professionals who align with Parag Milk Foods' values and vision. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, for various departments within Parag Milk Foods.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering a positive brand image.
• Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate the pre-onboarding process, working closely with HR operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance our recruitment strategies and processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and offer management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure, and meet recruitment targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
