Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates for various roles through diverse channels, including leading job portals, professional networking sites like LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Perform comprehensive HR screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, professional demeanor, and basic technical competencies, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Efficiently schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing all coordination logistics and providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulously organized recruitment records, candidate databases, and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Execute systematic candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Actively assist with pre-onboarding and initial onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company and feel welcomed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract a broader pool of diverse talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or human resources; freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks and documentation.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating proactivity and problem-solving capabilities.
