Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to seamless onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.
- Actively support and implement comprehensive training and employee development initiatives designed to enhance skills and career progression.
- Coordinate and manage performance appraisal and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Skillfully handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management, to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all applicable labour laws, company policies, and established HR procedures, mitigating risks effectively.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring fairness and efficiency.
- Manage employee exit formalities and maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Requirements
- A Postgraduate degree in MSW or MBA (Human Resources) from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience within the Human Resources domain.
- Demonstrated expertise and strong working knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex organizational and problem-solving scenarios with effective solutions.
- Exceptional capability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all HR matters.
- Robust understanding and practical experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in data management and reporting using tools like Excel.
