As an HR Manager at RichestSoft, you will play a crucial role in shaping our employee experience and driving our talent acquisition strategies. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating a positive work environment and has a proven track record in comprehensive HR functions, particularly within fast-paced IT and Digital Marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, Web, Mobile App, and Digital Marketing roles, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
• Manage all aspects of payroll processing accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement robust employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
• Design and execute effective employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture.
• Expertly handle employee grievances, providing timely and fair resolutions to maintain workplace harmony.
• Oversee all HR operations and meticulously manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Mandatory 4+ years of experience in HR, specifically within IT and Digital Marketing companies, with 6+ years required for the HR Manager designation.
• Demonstrated strong experience in specialized recruitment for IT, Web, Mobile App, and Digital Marketing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing Payroll, Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement, and Grievance Handling.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in HR Operations and comprehensive Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office work environment located in Mohali.
