Libas is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager / Manager – HR (Corporate) to join our growing team at our headquarters in Noida. This pivotal role involves leading various human resources functions, with a strong focus on enhancing our corporate people management strategies, fostering employee engagement, streamlining talent acquisition and development processes, and cultivating an exceptional workplace culture.
As a key member of the HR department, the HR Manager will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and driving organizational success. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent for various corporate functions.
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee engagement programs and initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute talent development strategies, including training programs and career progression frameworks, to empower employees and enhance their skills.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and consistent application across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of Libas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on corporate HR functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
