As our Factory HR Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of human resources for our manufacturing facility, contributing significantly to our operational excellence and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive factory HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee offboarding processes.
  • Manage all aspects of industrial relations, fostering positive labor-management relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Administer payroll, attendance tracking, and contract labor management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for all factory personnel.
  • Ensure stringent adherence to all statutory compliances, including but not limited to the Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, CLRA, various Labour Codes, Bonus, and Gratuity regulations.
  • Lead HR compliance efforts for critical external audits such as WHO-GMP, ISO certifications, and various customer audits, maintaining impeccable HR records and practices.
  • Develop and implement effective employee training programs, identify skill gaps, and facilitate learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances efficiently and fairly, promoting a harmonious and productive working environment through proactive conflict resolution and communication.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic goals and support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion specifically within a manufacturing or factory setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise and in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations, statutory compliance requirements, and payroll administration.
  • Proven experience in managing contract labor effectively and efficiently, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building positive relationships with employees, management, labor unions, and external regulatory bodies.
  • Candidates currently residing in Madhya Pradesh will be given strong preference, reflecting our commitment to local talent and operational continuity.
