Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with Business Unit Heads and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overarching business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from developing robust recruitment strategies to managing candidate pipelines, with specific expertise in sourcing and hiring for complex AI/ML and other highly technical roles.
• Expertly manage all aspects of employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and ensuring strict compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies and other labor laws.
• Oversee comprehensive payroll administration, optimize HRMS (Human Resources Management System) utilization, and ensure meticulous adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Design, implement, and evaluate innovative employee engagement and retention programs that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Drive strategic HR analytics, developing insightful reports and dashboards to inform decision-making, while also establishing and upholding robust HR policies and governance frameworks.
• Champion initiatives related to organizational development, change management, and succession planning to support the company's sustainable growth and scalability.
• Provide coaching and development to managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

Requirements

• A strong academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience in managing comprehensive HR Operations, including payroll processing, HRMS administration, and complex Employee Relations cases.
• Strong leadership acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in utilizing HRMS platforms and strong analytical skills, ideally with experience using data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for HR analytics.
• Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced, startup, or rapidly scaling company environment is highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous approach to detail and compliance.
