Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, from sourcing to offer management.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and fostering a harmonious workplace culture.
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws, statutory compliance, and internal HR policies.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Identify training needs, design, and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Manage all HR operations, including HRMS administration, record-keeping, and process optimization.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Act as a strategic partner to management on all HR-related matters, providing expert advice and solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
- Proficiency in payroll management and HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) administration.
- Proven experience in employee engagement strategies and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
