HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Omniscient Software, you will be instrumental in supporting our human resources operations, playing a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. We are looking for a dedicated professional based in Pune who is ready to embrace a hybrid work model and contribute to our success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer letters for various roles.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing support and guidance on HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
• Support performance management initiatives, including tracking employee performance, managing reviews, and identifying training needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity across all HR systems.
• Collaborate with the management team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the FinTech or IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to team success.
• Must be a local candidate based in Pune and available for an immediate start.
