Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete end-to-end IT recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including new hire orientation, employee records, policy administration, and exit procedures, fostering a supportive environment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee performance management systems, including regular appraisals, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee development.
• Execute critical HR operations and talent management initiatives, focusing on fostering employee growth, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Champion employee engagement activities and ensure strict adherence to all relevant HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-4 years in a progressive HR role, with a strong emphasis on IT recruitment within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing full employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and HR operations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
