Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a specific focus on high-volume and bulk hiring campaigns, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates using various platforms, including mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and department heads, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and market insights.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and progress.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the overall candidate journey.
• Participate in global hiring efforts and special recruitment projects as an added advantage, expanding our talent reach.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience in human resources, specifically in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise and proficiency with leading recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Exceptional skills in candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with global hiring processes will be considered a significant advantage.
