HR Executive

Sadguru Construction Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the construction industry, is excited to invite applications for an experienced and dedicated HR Executive / Sr. Executive to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This crucial full-time position demands a professional with 6-8 years of robust HR Generalist experience, possessing a comprehensive understanding of human resources operations from recruitment to compliance. As an integral part of our HR department, the chosen HR Executive / Sr. Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience, ensuring smooth HR processes, and upholding our commitment to statutory regulations, directly contributing to our continued success and growth within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment & Onboarding: Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for all new employees, fostering a positive initial experience.
• Comprehensive Payroll & Statutory Compliance Management: Meticulously manage payroll coordination, including accurate salary processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Ensure absolute compliance with all Indian statutory regulations such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and various Labour Laws, staying updated with amendments.
• Employee Relations & Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement impactful employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention. Act as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing fair and timely resolutions. Maintain meticulous HR documentation and employee records in line with company policies.
• Performance Management & Policy Implementation Support: Actively support the performance management cycle, from goal setting and appraisals to feedback mechanisms. Assist in the effective implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• HRIS Management & Reporting: Oversee general HR administration tasks and ensure the accurate maintenance of HRMS data. Generate and analyze MIS reports (Management Information System) to provide critical insights to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive HR Experience: A minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, demonstrating a proven track record in managing a wide array of HR functions.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience within the construction industry will be considered a significant advantage, providing familiarity with sector-specific HR challenges and requirements.
• Legal & Compliance Acumen: In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll systems, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT), and relevant Labour Laws is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command over HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) for efficient data management and excellent proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Highly organized with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities to address HR-related issues proactively and effectively.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
