HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be instrumental in managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our valuable employees. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and promote a harmonious work environment.
• Oversee performance management cycles, including appraisals, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information systems and employee records.
• Support overall HR Generalist functions and contribute to strategic HR initiatives as required by the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
• A Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and policy development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
