Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring all HR operations are handled efficiently.
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation, deductions, and timely disbursement, along with full and final settlements for departing employees.
- Ensure stringent adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), and various labour laws.
- Oversee attendance and leave management systems, accurately recording employee data and ensuring policy compliance.
- Administer and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
- Prepare comprehensive HR documentation, generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, and provide robust support during internal and external HR audits.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application across the organization.
- Assist in grievance handling and fostering positive employee relations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s (BBA) or Master’s (MBA) degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll and statutory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, and other relevant statutes.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate HR records and reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
