HR Business Partners

Sindhuja Microcredit Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This pivotal role, an Assistant Manager / Manager level position, is ideal for an HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and comprehensive HR business partnering. You will be instrumental in shaping our human capital strategies and fostering a productive work environment.

As an HR Business Partner, you will drive key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and supporting our growth in the microfinance industry. We are looking for an individual who can contribute significantly to our talent acquisition efforts and serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent for various roles across the organization.
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with business units to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, providing counsel and support on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
• Contribute to talent management initiatives, including performance appraisals, training, and career development programs for employees.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR service delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a mandatory focus on recruitment.
• Demonstrated proficiency and strong capabilities in HR Business Partnering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• A Graduate degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources highly preferred.
• Previous experience within the microfinance industry will be a distinct advantage for this HR Business Partner role.
