Key Responsibilities

• Business Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to integrate HR strategies, talent development programs, and robust succession planning initiatives with overarching business goals, ensuring HR contributes directly to organizational success.
• Performance Management: Spearhead the design and execution of performance management frameworks, including goal setting using methodologies like OKRs and KPIs, comprehensive performance reviews, annual appraisals, and effective Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Engagement & Retention: Champion employee engagement strategies, conduct skip-level checks and stay interviews, and develop impactful recognition programs aimed at boosting morale, fostering a positive work environment, and significantly reducing employee turnover.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Proactively manage and resolve workplace grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Uphold strict compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal guidelines, including POSH regulations, to maintain a legally sound and ethical workplace.
• People Analytics & HRIS Utilization: Leverage advanced HRIS tools and data analytics capabilities to monitor critical HR metrics such as headcount trends and turnover rates. Transform data into actionable insights that inform HR decision-making and strategic planning.
• Talent Management: Drive initiatives for talent identification, development, and retention, ensuring Onix attracts and nurtures top talent to meet future business demands.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Possess an MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Generalist, with a strong preference for candidates from the IT, Cloud, or Consulting sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing performance management frameworks, deep understanding of labor compliance, and hands-on experience with various HRIS platforms such as Workday, Keka, or Darwinbox.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates must be immediate joiners or have a notice period of 15 days or less to be considered for this vital HR Business Partner role.
